I'm not entirely sure about this but I think that Hutchins and Marray have won it 16-14 after saving at least 5 mps !!!
What a match !
Big congratulations to Hutchins and Marray who will both be at new career high doubles rankings well inside the top 200. A fantastic effort in holding their nerve and saving all those match points.
Auckland and Delgado must be gutted right now but they've had a great week and Delgado becomes the 9th British player to reach the doubles top 200
Auckland moves up to 90 in the world aswell, I wonder who he'll compete with at the US Open ?
Sounds about as close as you can get, which is great for British doubles. Plus, I didn't really mind who won so I'm very happy that neither team was thrashed.
Well done to Hutchins/Marray, comiserations to Auckland/Delgado but they've all done really well.
I don't know who Auckland will play with at the US, who have been his partners in the past, could he team up with one of them again?

Auckland has played with Delgado, Murray, Masson, Capdeville, Marray, Bloomfield, Childs and Burgsmuller this year.
I'm not sure whether Brad will allow Andy to play doubles in the US Open, I'm sure James will ask him to play. If not, he could get in with Burgsmuller or Capdeville. He reached the semis of the New Caledonia challenger at the start of 2006 with Capdeville and the quarters of ATP Newport with Burgsmuller in July.
