As far as I know they are the rankings on the Monday before the tournament, so will be the rankings after Cincinatti. Correct me if I'm wrong, anybody. . .

Good point. I forgot there is a week between the end of the Cinci MS and the US Open.
Getting ahead of myself but Andy could push for a seeding at Cincy given his surge in the rankings and the fact that a few players above him are withdrawing....(kiefer, ancic?, roddick??, hewitt...).
Been out for Andys last two matches but followed them on my phone.......great great results...red kundalinis report on the Moya match...it seems Andy is tanking leaps now in agression and tatics....what a difference a great coach makes
mkkreuk - the seedings are based on the rankings before Toronto so I think he needs a few more withdrawals yet.
Actually, the main draw for Cinci was due to be drawn an hour ago but no sign of it yet. Hopefully Andy doesn't get too bad a draw after the nice one this week.
As an aside, has anyone noticed the big points being defended above Andy next week? Ginepri has a semi to defend (225 points), Acasuso has a quarter (125) and interestingly enough ANDY RODDICK has a final to defend (350), provisionally moving AM to within TWO places of Roddick at 19 (compared to Roddick's 17).
Obviously if AM goes further (or Acasuso defies the odds tonight) this could change but quite an incredible transformation recently!!

The draw's now been made and Andy has Henman in the first round and a possible matchup with Federer in the second. Ouch!
Doesn't look like he'll be improving on last years second round performance.

Extreme Voodoo is all that's required. Pass locks of Federer's hair around. With proper pin placement Roger could fall injured in Toronto, and then unable to compete in Cincinnati! Not nice from our part, but it's worth a try!
No doubt when I perform some strange dancing techniques on Saturday night, I'll try and claim this is the reason!!!
looking at the table...with the 50 pts taken off next week, i think he will still be in the top 20 if wins the masters, but lose the semis or final, will probably put him back to 23/24/25, can confirm this?
