anyone know why blooms and baker have chosen to go to the states/canada? both would have be DE for notts, and if they are included in the DC team (possible given rich is playing well and baker is highly thought of at the moment) then the logistics will be hard to make it over.

i think i remember baker saying he wont be going to dc squad as a hitting partner again tho, only as full team member.

You steal away - not a problem!!

I'm glad to see the guys playing in the States as the fields are not that great (Richard could well be seeded) although I agree Davis Cup could muck things up. Surely it will be Andy and Alex in singles though and I would give Fleming and Murray or Auckland and Andy in the doubles

richard has been playing so well on the grass (and synthic) tho surely switching to hard courts is a bit risky.

probably the dc team will be alex and andy, for the other 2/3 am not sure. Auckland is def out due to getting married, i bet he'd love to play tho, might not go donw well with the missus.

maybe will be andy, alex, flemming (hitting partner), martin lee (back up singles) and murray mkII (for the doubles),

do you think andy would push for his brothers inclusion?
