Well as you all know Andy finished off his 2nd round match today against Benneteau by winning the 4th set by ease 6-1. Now it's a whole different matter tomorrow when he takes on 2 time Wimbledon finalist Roddick.. As we also know Andy has already beaten Roddick before this season but was on the hardcourts. Roddick's game is more suited to grass and will be quite a test for Andy and will have to play one great match to beat Roddick.. So whats everybody elses thoughts on this match tomorrow?

Supporting Andy Murrays charge to the 2009 Wimbledon crown.
I think Andy Murray's only chance is to win it in 4 sets (or less). If the match goes beyond 3 hours Roddick is an almost certain winner as Murray simply does not have the fitness to play competitively after that point.
The implications of this are slightly weird. For instance, Roddick will improve his chances by extending the length of the match. He can do this by keeping the ball in play during Murray's service games, not going for a big winner early in the point, and letting Murray determine the outcome of each rally, often after 20 or 30 shots. The irony is that this approach actually reduces the chances of Roddick winning the point as Murray is likely to have the edge in the longer rallies while the shorter points favour Roddick. Normally it would be sensible to attack Murray's vulnerable second serve but the danger in this instance is that for every return winner, there would be several that landed out of court, and the length of the match would be shortened, thus giving Murray a chance.
For his part, Murray needs to conserve his energy, and his serious tennis, for the key moments in the game. He might be well advised to concede games where Roddick is 40-0 or 40-15 up, and sets where Roddick establishes a big lead. Some big serves would help his cause by reducing the number of long drawn out rallies.
Whether either player will be prepared to move beyond their natural game due to the fitness issue is difficult to tell. Against Monfils at Roland Garros, and Clement at the US Open Andy's tactics turned out to be counterproductive as it was fitness that ultimately decided both matches. Shortening the points would have given him a chance of victory but Andy didn't appreciate the wider perspective, focusing on the individual point rather than the match as a whole.
This is Roddick's match to lose. If he is sensible he will extend the contest beyond the point at which Murray can compete.
Seen that murray's match been pushed down to 4th match on centre! dont understand why they can't start earlier like 12noon! agassis match probably be a while unless nadal comes out of the blocks quickly and beat him by 3/4pm. then ancic's match is unfinished, so that will be a while, say till 5/6pm, then sharapova's in under an hour(i hope). so its likely that murrays won't be able to finish his match today meaning he may come back on monday!
