Shame Rafa had to pull out in the end! But i thought it was very well played and he could do nothing about it. He's had an amazing run this month, not only defending his title in France but also Queens. In the first round he looked really uncomfortable and his game was suffering but i think he really developed that in the past couple of days. Queens has shown his talent and the excellence of his tennis - not just on clay, and he won't be packing his bags early at Wimbly, like last year.
Also good to see Roddick back to his A-Rod play. His match against Gonzalez today was good. Amazing to see him back in some sort of form - the last half year has been really tough for him. I hope he can smash his way through to the Wimbledon title this year. Federer's days are hopefully over.
And anyone see at the beginning of the Roddick match when he came out with the wrong babolat bag? Took him long enough to realise and he ended up rushing back into the changing rooms to retrieve his bag. Legend.
