Marie didnt offer much opposition as Ella railroaded her. However she did have heavy strapping to her thigh so maybe that impeded her. Well done Ella into quarters from qualifying.

SF:- Ella McDonald (GBR) WR 353 [Q2] v Anastasia Tikhonova (***) WR261

Today's win means that Ella will remain static in the rankings as the points replace the ones due off on 26/10 from Wrexham and Bakersfield last year.

For now yes.

But of course she's still in. A SF win and Ella moves into profit and past Naiktha and Sofia, the current live GB #9 and #10 replacements in our top 10 for Mimi and Mika. Currently live very close - Naiktha 180 points, Sofia 178, Ella 177 ( 190 if she wins that SF )
