Very measured play by Swan, making very few errors, and pushing her opponent from side to side. Well done.

Very dominant from Katie - she lost her serve early in the match ! Next match will be very tough.

QF:- Katie Swan (GBR) WR208 [9] v Mia Pohankova (SVK) WR212=CH/17yo/JR161 - JCH=2 in January

Mia hasn't played juniors since last October. She won Wimbledon Juniors in 2025 and lost to Mika in the QF at the USO. She was ranked 462 at the end of the year and has been climbing steadily since June.

Naiktha and partner missed three or four set points in the opening tiebreak, then led *5-0 in the second. So they took the long route for sure! Em and Mana will be frustrated to have got back to *5-5 40-30 only to lose the next two points and kill their own momentum.
