I'd describe Tan as a solid 200ish player which, based on ranking, would be a good win for Sofia even though we hope she can go higher than that and has competed well against better players

Oh, it's definitely a decent win
But Tan isn't someone I rate - she gets her ranking through grind rather than sparkle
And that grind has now caused problems, which isn't that surprising
