Wednesday GB men and women QR2 matches scheduled from 4 pm BST :

Jake - 1st on Court 5
Toby vs Billy - 2nd on Court 5
Heather - 3rd on Court 5

Fran - 4th on Court 4

Harriet - 3rd on Court 6

Jack - 2nd on Court 7

Katie - 4th on Court 11

Harry - 2nd on Court 14

So our men 1st & 2nd on their courts, our women 3rd & 4th.

Rather 'boring' set, tbh, but Jake held strong right at the last to force a break point, make Luca play more balls than he wanted, and force the error

Rodionov has wins against Harris, Crawford and Loffhagen this year but lost to Searle in Dublin final easily.

How on earth has JPJ lost that set. His opponent could hardly move. Had 2 match points

Yes, just from the scores, Jack was 4-1* up in the 2nd set and 6-4* up in the TB so had one MP on return and a second on serve.

6-2 6-7(6)

What's the movement issue with Virtanen?

Otto was bent over double for most of the tiebreak
Has strapping on his thigh, and seems to have a hip problem
But Jack didn't really know what to do and Otto absolutely leathered the ball a couple of times, because he couldn't move
And here we are...

I think its just got into jacks head. Went 2-0 down final set but Otto just handed break back to him

If only Jack had been able to hang on to the break he had in the early part of the second set...  Doubt he'd have got past Dimi, though!
