 Don't you at least see the seeds beyond the top 2 being drawn and placed before the frenzy? I've seen this being done for Slams before and I am sure is easily programmed without AI

If Ruud withdrew, would Arthur slot into his spot in the draw (Cerundolo younger is the opponent) or would the 20th seeds down all get rearranged?

Ruud is seeded 19, so Arthur would take his place. If a top 16 seed withdrew, the 17th seed would be moved and Arthur would take the placeof the 17th seed.
