First Post updated. Only Vliegen left in.  Over to Imoen, for an in depth, court- side analysis

Actually not much to say today I'm afraid.

Soderling lost which was excellent news as this means Andy will not lose any ranking positions this week.

Vliegen won taking him over 100 points away from Andy so he's unlikely to catch him any time soon. However, this was good news as Vliegen was playing Mayer, one of Tim's competitors so we're not very upset about that result! It would be nice for him to lose next match though!

Santoro also went out today in Halle, too late for the rankings this week but it does mean he's only 5 points ahead of Andy so still within reach (until you factor in points being defended of course Wimbledon is going to be expensive this year ranking wise. ).

That's it. I'm not sure who is playing next week but whoever it is needs to look like a pin cushion as Andy won't be playing (as far as I know) and so will be vulnerable to people around him moving up.
