Jasmine Conway, Kyran Magimay and Hugo Coquelin all won 3 matches to progress from pre-qualifying to qualifying. Kyran beat the No 1 pre-qualy seed to progress, although the No 1 seed should have been knocked out in the first round. Luca Bluett was leading *5-2 in the decider but, err, bluett (geddit?) and lost 5-7.

Jasmine beat Isabella Wong on the way to pre-qualify.

Ferran Redza had a 0&1 win in Round 1 and retired in the 3rd in Round 2 at 6-7(8) 7-6(8) 1-4 probably from cramp. Im sure both tie break scores were 8-6 but they've been given as 10-8. I watched the end of the 1st and the 2nd set and I'm not surprised somebody retired. Lots of very long rallies in what looked like very humid conditions. 

Brooke Black, Hannah Read and Tegan Bush pre-qualify in doubles and progress to qualifying. Neither of the mens doubles pairs pre-qualify.
