Wiersholm appears to have been out with injury problems - she has a CH of 973 from two years ago (she is 22 years old)

Hannah takes the tie break 7-3 but I don't think she's as dialled in as she was during the bigger grass tournaments. Hannah is also having a MTO for some strapping on her thigh. Ishii's ranking is an outlier, she was top 200 last year and appears to have been out with an injury
