Ouch, Max has now lost his last 18 games in pro singles competition, first set Romano 6-0....

Max just lost the 1st set 6-0 but the Italian had a 1st serve percentage of 19%. One of the strangest stats I think Ive seen.

I think its actually 20 as also lost the last two games on that set 1 at Wimbledon. Thankfully he has stopped the rot and taken the 1st game of set two here.

Max wins it in a 3rd set tiebreaker. Seems quite the battle.

Max's opponent at Wimbledon was a way better grass court player than his ranking suggested at the time. I actually text a friend while I was watching on court to tell her to make a point of watching him as I knew she'd enjoy his Tennis.

As he demonstrated by dumping out Jódar (23) in four sets in the last last 32 only to fall to Sinner in straight sets in the last 16.

You must have been on same court as me!

Yes his backhand was incredible. Shame it took him 15 minutes to find the court tho!

There is one but I think it is hard court as opposed to grass
