British Tennis Forum July 2026 Player of the Month Award - Nominations thread

First weekend of 5 this month. Conscious that I dont wish to overdo the reminders, Im trying to vow to just do them once each weekend during each nomination period as opposed to multiple ones like I am prone to do!

Those who are maybe new, anyone can nominate so feel free to drop a name during the month, and a reason, no other rules than just feel free to get involved!

Nominations:

1.Arthur Fery- The only British singles player, male or female, to win more than 1 Wimbledon round . Ex Stanford student athlete Fery has gone at least 2 rounds better than any of the others. Not bad for a player ranked outside the top 100, and now hes comfortably inside it. Dimitrov in R16 may be one step too far but whatever happens a huge breakthrough performance from Arthur.

2.

3.
