Our 'elite' group from Loughborough are in Belgium this week

 

J60 Belgium 

Scott Watson and Niall P-Barua won their R1 matches 

But Eric Lorimer, second seed, continues to struggle and lost in R1

Grace Watson won in the girls 

But Milica lost, as did (wc) Mia Zhou 

 

J100 Switzerland

Matt Kiernan lost in R1

As did Awen G-Davies

A good day in Belgium, J60, today, with R2 wins for:

Grace, Scott and Niall

Three out of three


J100 Romania

Samuel Hostiuc lost in R1 in three sets

But got a win in doubles

Rosie Cho won her singles R1

But Anne-Marie Icleanu lost hers

A decent day in Belgium, J60, today, with QF wins for:

Scott and Grace

But Niall lost 4-6 in the third in his match

Milica & Grace are also through to the semis in dubs, as are Eric & Scott, and Niall+



J100 Romania

Rosie Cho won her singles R2


J30 France

Isabel Mclain is into the QFs


J30 Kenya

Giselle Fiortenino is into the SFs


J30 Aruba

Antonin Kotak is into the QFs

Another very good day in Belgium, J60, today, with SF wins for:

Scott and Grace

Milica & Grace are also through to the finals in dubs, as are Niall+

But Eric & Scott lost

This is Scott's first final ever, I believe, and Grace's second final at this level

J30 France

Isabel McLain is into the SFs

Isabel+ and Daphne Lovdahl+ both lost in the semis of the doubles

Matt McLain also lost in the semis of the boys' dubs


J30 Kenya

Giselle Fiortenino lost her SFs


J30 Aruba

(q) Antonin Kotak has made the final of the singles


J30 Bosnia & H

Isabella Relton is into the QFs in singles , and the SFs in doubles

Belgium, J60:

Scott and Grace both lost their finals, which is a shame

But:



Milica & Grace won their finals in dubs, beating the top seeds



As did Niall+, beating the second seeds

Congrats to them

Rosie Cho lost her singles SF


J30 France

Isabel McLain won her SFs but lost out in the final


J30 Kenya

Giselle Fiortenino lost her SFs


J30 Aruba

(q) Antonin Kotak lost his final of the singles in three sets

Isabella Relton lost her QFs in singles, and the SFs in doubles
