Weeks 26 & 27 - The Championships, Wimbledon (grass) - main draw (singles)

Ferys got a nosebleed. Bad timing because Dzumhur has been all over the place.

What a disappointing end for JPJ after working so hard to get back on serve

Yes, two double faults in that game and a groundshot that even the commentator called 'sloppy' .... crycrycry

Yes - as you say, bad timing (not that it's his doing, of course, but the gods could have held off for a few more games, no?)

Arthur mentioned at Queens that it happens to him often so hopefully he can deal with.

Having dropped the first two sets, Jake is now 4-1* up in the third.

Good fightback from Arthur, hopefully this doesn't affect his momentum too much.

The umpire in Arthur's match has the pronunciation of Dzumhur's name all wrong:  he seems to be saying "Zoomer" when it should be "Dzum (like the "Dj" in "Djokovic" & a short "u'" sound)-hoor", with the stress on the first syllable.  no

Come on Arthur. Slow start but this is winnable.

3-6, 6-2, 6-2 looks great as comebacks go but I still think that Arthur's well below par today. If he was playing like he did at Queens I think he'd have run away with this.

Is it just me, but have we suddenly acquired a commentator on Court 16 now that Arthur seems to be motoring to a win at 3-6 6-2 6-2 3-0*?

Yay well done Arthur. Duzhmur is 100% going to blame an insignificant lett non call for that loss.
