That's a brutal scoreline! Was it just a case of Fery being better or was Toby off?

Wow, from Arthur.

Hope Toby pulls himself round quickly, but for Arthur that is a statement win.

Mensik and Mannarino are in third set tie break, so could be either of them

CD may know, would it be possible Arthur and Mannarino know each other through French connections/background? Part of me feels Mannarino may have some sort of British connection in his background but I have no idea where I might have dredged that from!

There's a big age gap between them

So I doubt they've crossed much

I don't know of any special GB connection for Mannarino (unlike Jeremy Chardy, for instance)

But Adrian is very private, known for it

50 ( net 37 ) points addition for Arthur. Now live ranked 126, live GB #3.

Could Arthur chase down Jan and be the next to "100" - overtaking JPJ in the race in the process

So Arthur is the last Brit standing in the singles?

We have to remember Cam has had a rib injury; hopefully he will play Eastbourne next week and be fit for Wimbledon

I watched the interview live, having watched the end of the match

I have to say I burst out laughing biggrin

Which is not often in an interview

The poor interviewer really struggled and made it far worse - it was almost like one of those primary school occasions - if you tell kids not to do something, they just do it more

But that's Moutet, a primary school kid crysmileno
