Given that there's a high chance of rain throughout today and tomorrow, it could all be moot - they might be squeezing everything into Friday at thus rate.
Very poor scheduling again. Tomorrow's forecast is for 100 per cent nearly all day. Likely therefore that the top seeds will not have played a single match before Friday. Should therfore have maximised the scheduled play today for when the forecast is significantly better instead of only having 4 singles on Centre and 3 on Court 1.

Yes, doesn't seem great. I believe Laura Robson is still the tournament director?
There's some daft argument that the corporate bods would be cross if the premium matches weren't scheduled for Thursday, say, as promised
Leaving aside, of course, the complete nonsense of the fact that they're not going to get played on Thursday anyway because of the weather
(which has been lovely all morning - you could have had all courts playing - but now is getting dark and there's got to be rain at some point this afternoon)
In spite of rain issues, there is just one singles mstch left for the Andy Murray Arena, due at 5.30 pm, after 3 pretty short matches: 6-2 6-2 then 6-1 6-3 then 6-2 3-4 retired. And the 3 scheduied doubles matches on Court 1 are done and dusted..
