Glad to see Mackin is doing well against the top seed and Lee just a few games away from winning.. Maybe could have 2 qualifiers for Queens this year

Don't speak too soon Vonce (though wouldn't it be great [goes off into little dream...]!) They both have yet to win and have to go through another round on top of that.

Mackin v. Verdasco[1] 6-7(5) 7-6(9): 3rd Set:

Mackin holds: 1-0
makin breaks: 2-0

Mackin to serve: 15-15...15-30...30-30...40-30..game!

Lee v. Stakhovsky 6-4: 2nd set:

Stakhovsky holds: 0-1
Lee holds to 30: 1-1
Lee breaks to 30: 2-1
Lee holds to 15: 3-1
Stakhovsky holds to 30: 3-2
Lee holds to 15: 4-2
Lee breaks to 30: 5-2

stak to serve: 15-0...15-15...15-30... Lee breaks!
Lee serving for the match!!: 15-0...30-0...40-15... match!!!!

In terms of stats, for Mackin/Verdasco is the same as it has been all match (both are being consistent!) and in the Lee/Stak match, Lee is better at everything

Well done to Lee for making it through..

With Mackin a break up hopefully he can win his service games and maybe take another break and get through.

Also why is Verdasco in qualifying when he's ranked at 31st?

i don't know why verdasco is in qualifying, in fact I was wondering that myself? Maybe he wanted the practise? Maybe he didn't sign up in time?

This match has been 2 1/2 hours so far!!! Whoever wins is going to struggle with fatigue tomorrow I think.

By the by, Delic beat Kubot 63 76(4) in the second round so I think even more congrats are in order to Andy Kennaugh.
