Fonseca is so fun to watch - I'd love to see him win it all!

If Fonseca and Jodar can really break into the top whilst Sinner and Alcaraz are at the top of their games, we could be in for a fun few years to see how tennis starts to unfold!

Landaluce very very nearly won too - same age - same Grand Slam juniors champion pedigree

Indeed and he did well on clay in one or two of the Masters events - Rome QF and also Miam QF before that - so definitely should be on my list above also!

Others as trailed in previous posts could of course come through and look exciting. If you look at the Next Gen leaderboard, it is these three and then Kouame, Budkov Kjaer, and they all will be names to follow over the next couple of years

Tiafoe and Arnaldi have reached 4 hours 40 mins and are 1 all fifth set, its now 0020 am over in Paris.

Another long battle - there have been so many in the mens. Come on Frances!

He gets broken to love to go 2-3* down in the 5th set.

Arnaldi wins , came into this ranked 104. Maybe the last direct acceptance? Three Italians in last 8, all same half and Arnaldi plays Berrettini. No Sinner amongst them!

Beeb profile of Jódar (so stress on the first syllable), the player it's dubbed "the new Rafa".  Better looking, too...  wink

Arnaldi was the 3rd last direct acceptance with an entry ranking of 105. The last direct acceptance was Wawinka 107 who lost in R1 to the eventual 1st alt de Jong ( who got into the MD as a LL and made the L16 ).

Can Zverev or Berretini actually add a Slam title for the 90s borns. I am not quite sure where the 90s terrible total currently stands at?
