As a side note, wonder where Arthur goes next week. He was down for s-Hertenbosch qualies, but he won't be making that now.

Given his form on the lawns this week, I imagine he'll be keen to keep playing. Guessing no SE for Ilkley either as he didn't enter. Will he get a WC?

There has been a delay in Birmingham.

Currently in the match before Arthur's SF, Alexandra Eala is 3-2* up in the third set of her SF.

The covers are off, the net is up, and various officials are wandering around feeling the grass at times.

Arthur 2-6 1-2* 40-40 down in his singles SF.

Ben & Joshua 6-4 *0-1 up in their doubles final.

Our second men's doubles title of the week:

Final:  Ben Jones & Joshua Paris CR 272 (167+105) defeated Anirudh Chandrasekar & Takeru Yuzuki (IND/JPN) CR 184 (93+91) by 6-4 7-6(4) 

s  biggrin    That should go down well with the organisers!  wink
