We have had between 30 and 34 votes each month this season, so expect we will end up in a similar place, meaning maybe a dozen votes left to come. In theory, the BJK Cup team could still lose this!!

And remember, the top 2 qualify for Player of the Season in 8 months time!

Obviously the BJK team has walked it this month.

However its a great achievement for a young British player to win both 16s and 18s Nationals, followed by her next tournament and for that reason I think only 1 vote for Daniella is not recognising that achievement and so Im doubling her vote !

Tbf, I'm really not amazed re Daniella in this month.

She has done really well but each of us as individuals can't vote proportionately to recognise excellence if we are going to vote for our first choices. And in this particular month the BJK Cup Team has been that first choice for the big majority so far, a stated stand out choice for some.

But hey, if anyone has been more won over by someone else this month, say Daniella, say someone without a vote yet, whoever, well go vote for them. Or add to the BJK Cup votes if that's your preference. Have your say! Push it well past the 30 votes this month.

Yes, if I hadn't had a personal commitment, I would have voted for Dani

Not as anything against the BJK achievements - which were amazing

But simply that, when I look at the shortlist, all of them worthy nominations, I vote for the live (livestream) tennis that has brought my the most pleasure / interest / was the most entertaining during the month and, unfortunately, I didn't see a single ball of the BJK Cup live. Whereas I saw a lot of the Nationals, both on livestream and live. Sofia Johnson was high on the list too, as she was playing in the evening, our time.
