I was a little surprused that they beat both Alicia & Millie then Emily App & Viktoria Hruncakova to take last week's Roehampton W50 title. But they clearly are on top form!

 I was also surprised last week as I didn't think they were playing well in the early rounds. But it has certainly clicked this week.

Yes, agree with above
The only live match i saw when I went down there was pretty ropey , tbh

But not surprised at all by Emily App s win
Just that she was such an outside with the bookies
(I had £40 on her, although did take half of it off after the first set)

And another of our rank outsiders (even more so) wins !

(but only had £1 on Lily )

Wonderful to see the two GB women make the final

And two of our women who are not high profile but very hard-working

Emily always seems to come into her own this time of year

Fingers crossed it transfer over onto grass for both of them too
