French Open Q list contenders

Qualifying lists are out Oli Crawford and Harry Wendelken are the last 2 DA's.

Felix is 8th alt with Charles 12th

So 10 direct acceptance on the mens side!!

Wonderful !

Now, if only they all could be healthy ...... #crossfingers

Very good chance Felix will make it in too

All the MD wildcards have to be taken out (it won't amount to 8 from that list, but it'll be a very good chunk)

Just looking at the French Open Prize money first round qualifying now worth 24 000 the 2026 Australian and 2025 Us Open were in similar ball parks while Wimbledon 2025 was just £15 000(17 200). Be interesting to see. If Wimbledon bumps up this year. But just shows how much being in the top 230 or so is worth.

This has been reflected in this years LTA bonus scheme - its designed to help players reach that rough ranking bracket and once you have, you are expected to be financially self-sufficient.

Looking at the list, Jan should be in the top 16 seeds and Jack PJ top 32 seeds if they maintain their rankings through to the draw.

As of the post from 'Rob and Stephen' now 2 hours ago, they say that all down to Frederico Ferreira Silva are in. That includes Felix but not quite yet Charles who is next on the original alts list. Though there must be a very good chance of at least one more.

Charles is clearly in now as per the latest tennis forum info. So we will now have 12 for qualifying which must be outstanding historically. Hopefully, if not all, practically all will be fit and ready to go. Dan? Oliver maybe?

 I agree

If I had to go for anyone, I think I'd go for Choinski/Broady - mainly because they're both in the same section so at least there's double the chance - and Riedi is a little up and down (although good on clay ) and P-HH has to be a little long in the tooth now, surely
