QF: (3) Sun Fajing (CHN) WR 244 defeated (7) Giles Hussey WR 325 by 6-2 3-6 6-2

QF: (2) Charles Broom WR 249 defeated (8) Buvaysar Gadamauri (BEL) WR 360 by 7-6(3) 6-7(4) 7-6(4)

Charles was VERY happy at the end there.

 That moves Charles to a new provisional career high ranking, well done to him
