 Perhaps in anticipation of the win - she withdrew on 08 April. Still entered for the W100 in Tokyo for week 16 though.

Am I right in thinking that this is the last week for points to count towards French Open qualifying? Qualifying will be week beginning 18th may and I think the cutoff is 28 days before? So next Monday?

Short answer is yes. Long answer is Qualifying entry deadline is 27 April. But as there is no ranking update that week they will be based on the 20 April rankings.
