That win should see Felix inside the Top 300 for the first time

excellent, good week for Felix and this event looking like a good week for the British players with another guaranteed semifinalist

Of the other players left in, the two Sak's :

The Greek Sak, Sakellaradis is a new name to me, personally, but looks like he and Felix might be quite even

The Japanese Sak, Sakamoto, though, looks like a level above and will be favourite to win the event

Looks like it was a competitive match, well done Oli. Another win and back in the top 200?

Yes, Felix certainly showing for now as live ranked 299.

While pretty consistent in ITFs he ended last year WR 377 with a highest ranked win in 2025 of 325 and just 4 wins in 2025 against players in the top 400.

So he does seem to have already made significant steps forward in 2026, more than I would have expected ( though tbf he does have an existing CH 302 from 2024 ), He already has 6 wins against top 400 players in 2026, 3 against top 300 players, and that win against WR 182 in R1 here, with this challenger run following a Turkey M25 title at the start of the year.

Very good to see

I would say his semi is also winnable, probably a 50-50 call on that one, so maybe he can push a few places higher.

Don't expect to see it, but a Felix v Oli final would be good!
