seagull was saying before:

"The last 5 set match on Rod Laver Arena was Medvedev v Samrej R1 last year!"

Getting their money's worth now !

2-2 in the final set.

Djokovic hss saved 13/15 BPs in the match ( Sinner 5/7 ), including a total of 7 in his last 4 service games which have all at least gone to deuce.

Chapeau Djoko.

Thats something.

Like seagull, I hope he wins the title. Got to admire that and his career. Even if most of us cant stand him. It would churlish to think otherwise in terms of that achievement.

Got to really admire his career and tennis still. Remarkable. I really do hope he loses the final.

Djoko is a bit of a hero - amazing what he's managing to do, his level, his dedication..... a lot of respect.......and hope he loses

If Novak reads these posts, they might just give him the tiniest bit of energy he needs to go forth and beat Carlitos biggrin

Nothing like people wishing him to lose, to bring out his very best tennis biggrinbiggrin

I was there until the end. 10 hours of tennis today - completely exhausted but what a day!

OK. I've changed my mind - I think that Mr Djokovic may still be able to beat one of them in a five-setter after all.

Love him or hate him IMO he is the GOAT. Would be amazing (age wise) if he won, but Im kinda hoping he doesnt. Federer still the most beautiful to watch
