Goodness who knew Cam and Emilio Nava were so popular. Absolute carnage getting onto the small court 7 Thought I was going to be unlucky but suddenly a seat opened up. Lots of Brits in- should be fun

Here we go
So good you got in. Wonder if Priesty did too?
What a hoot that ended up being!
Not only because Cam eventually won but because I was sitting next to Navas coach (and agent). The coach was very frustrated with his charge throughout a lot of the match for not staying in the rallies, not doing what he had been told to do i.e. hit 5 balls and then see how to work an opening. At the beginning of the second set he was much happier because Nava did switch his tactics and built an early lead but got very animated again as that lead slipped away - why wont he work, its like dealing with a 10 year old and the like. The looks on his face when Nava missed a couple of sitter smashes towards the end of the set would win awards if photos had been taken.
Most of the crowd were behind Cam but it was getting a bit unpleasant at the end - there were a couple of drunken Aussies a few rows behind who were loudly supporting Cam but very much on the border of aggression and almost disrupting play. I am afraid to say the stewards did nothing.
Anyhow good to see Cam coming back after the delay and finishing it off and through to the 3rd round on Friday.
Thanks for the report, Brittak! Good to see Cam make the third round - Zverev next up, will be tough.
I haven't seen ANY play this week at all; how are the courts playing this tournie, I am wondering if Cam might get any favours from them against Zverev?
Shame to see the h2h so one sided between Cam and Zverev. I would've guessed that Cam's play might frustrate Zverev but clearly it doesn't. Good luck, Cam!
There used to be a Legends Tour that the ATP organised which included the Royal Albert Hall event - it was recent players over 35 who had won a slam or played Davis Cup finals or been a world number one - cant recall the exact criteria but it was top players. McEnroe, Connors, Borg all played it, then the likes of Leconte, Noah, Wilander, Henman etc. But it died away as the names became less famous; and a lot of the over 35 players, per post above, are still out there and competing well, so the Legends thing became a little superfluous!
