Cam finally, so to speak, ran out of luck:

Final:  Learner Tien (USA) WR 38 defeated (7) Cameron Norrie WR 27 by 6-3 3-6 7-6(6)  cry

Cam was 2-4* at one point in the decider, then *5-1 in the tie-break, but couldn't quite find a way to turn it round.  hmm

Just seen the result .. cry 5-1 up in the tie-break .. not usual for Cam to choke so I assume Tien must have hit some blinders ..

Oh Cam, so darn close.

Disappointed for him but keen to see how Tien does going forwards, talented player. The field for the Nextgen event is a good and interesting one this year, its last in Saudi (whove terminated their contract for the event).

Well done Cam, lots to build on for next year

 Not really. Just played solid tennis and Cam suddenly started missing.
