That's a good win. Victoria is an 18 year old with a JCH of 67. Any youngster with a JCH inside the top 100 usually does pretty well at the W15 level.
Trouble for her no doubt was that Alicia is rather more than a W15 level player.
Yes, she has progressed rapidly. She was playing W15 qualifying tournaments as recently as the end of May. Since then she has won a W35 and a W15.
Progressed in terms of ranking, but not really tennis

They're playing WTA 500 level, say, but are unranked - the tennis doesn't need to progress, just the ranking, which has to be done gradually unless your federation gives you generous wildcards
