4-0

And that's 16 points to Hanhan, 0 to Brooke

AND THEN Brooke hits a clean winner

Now that must feel good

And then wins her game to love

Which must feel even better

the second half of the first set was very different

2 games a piece

No break points, no deuces, all easy holds

but as Hannah was already 4-0 up at that point, the first set is done, 6-2

Hannah feels in control winning firsts 6-2. Previously she has lost focus on set 2 so we'll see.

Is that Haran far right from camera (near me)?

I don't know - it's too small - ask him

And the second set continues the vein of the second half of the first set, very close, and then Brooke makes her move, and breaks Hannah to love

Significantly more coaching by Haran in this second set tryingto get the energy levels up. Close match. Hannah srrveseems much better and good power on the backhands.

Awful service game serving for the match. Tie break. Klugman has tightened up ...

I missed some of the second set but saw the tiebreak

Very close. Hannah was 3-5 down.

Overall, I think the second set was pretty 50:50

Hannah probably edged it fractionally - her top shots were better than Brooke's top shots

But Brooke really needs to address why she started so poorly today, and yesterday

Hannah's backhand is miles better than it was this time last year - it is a pleasure not to be stressed every time she has a backhand to hit, seeing most half way up the net

It makes her so much better balanced, and kills the obvious strategy that all opponents went for last year
