1. Max Basing - for winning the M15 title in Bali, seeded 4, just his second ITF title and first this year. His previous one was also in Bali! Will take out his career high ranking as a result.
2. Josh Wright (age 15) - completely unranked, never scored a point in juniors in three attempts, and then went on a run and won the singles title at the J30 Angola
3. Lloyd Glasspool and Julian Cash - Winning the Toronto Masters 1000 for the Canadian Open, their 19th straight win and their first Masters 1000 title. In the process, they claim a place in the Tour Finals. More to come in this story this month, I am sure, but for now, this is pretty decent!
Alicia wins the W35 title and GB U12 boys follow up their Feb Winter Cup title (and nomination) with summer cup - according to DavidC, the first team from GB to do the double if I read correctly. Jubbs and Tarvet in a battle in the mens Roehampton final.

4. Jon, I hope you don't mind my additions for Oli. I was most obliged to him ( ) but I think something more needed said than a generally comprehensive week when he had to make such a comeback in the final.
Posts crossed so I see you have now added the Summer Cup boys.

Big day for Arthur, Blu, Oscar in singles finals; Paul, Henry, James, Toby, Hannah in Roehampton; Julian/Lloyd, Joe/Neal in Cinci; and Stuart in a doubles final in the Greek Challenger.
Good luck all of them and anyone Ive missed. And there is plenty of room on our list here if any of them have impressed you - if they do, or have, just add them to the latest nominations list above and tell us why.

7. Oscar Weightman - it started in July, when Oscar took the step to enter the Newport challenger grass event, racking up a main draw win. He took that form into August, which is what interests us, got to the last 8 in Dublin and Roehampton and now takes his second ever ITF title in Finland. His month as of writing is 9 wins and 2 losses, an impressive haul and exciting to see what he does next.
