It is the first of European championships for different age groups this week. Last year Scott Watson reached the final - only the second Brit in the 49 year history of the under 14 event to do so (the other was Kyle Edmund) You can find streaming from 2 courts and live scores from all courts here. Haqim Kamal plays on the streamed Centre Court 6th tomorrow
Boys R2 (L64)
Manvel Aghayan (ARM) v Myles Kiely
Haqim Kamal v Mikolaj Arent (POL)
Girls R2 (L64)
Ilaria Morozin (CRO) or Noa Freitas (POR) v (7) Grace Watson
(5) Sofia Tatu v Victoria Lanteri Monaco (ITA) or Nina Tepic (SRB)
Grace suffered her second tight loss to the Slovakian (who beat her in a Category 1 final in May). Hope of success here therefore rests with the doubles team of Sofia/Grace
Girls R4
(10) Romana Dekanova (SVK) d. (7) Grace Watson 7-6 3-6 7-5
Sofia and Grace just edged out the Belgian duo in a match tiebreak to reach the doubles semis. They are aiming to become the 4th British girls doubles team to reach the final (last being Eva Shaw and Ranah Stoiber in 2019)
Sofia/Grace miss out narrowly on the final. Meanwhile the girls singles final features two players who have been mentioned occasionally in TE14 threads in recent weeks - top seed Darina Matvejeva from Latvia takes on Belgian Hannelore Daniels
Girls Doubles SF
(8) Bielinska/Skryp (UKR) d. (1) Tatu/Watson 6-7 6-4 [10-3]
