Eliz lost her quarter-final

Yes a real shame but Eliz did very well to be the only one who was unseeded to reach the quarter finals. There were 16 seeds in total.

Not a good day as Eliz and Esther Adeshina lost their dubs qfinal by 6-1, 6-1 to the Japanese pair who had beaten the top seeds in the previous round.

A good day, however, for Grace Piper. She beat her Thai opponent by 6-1, 6-3 to reach the quarter finals of the Consolation event. Grace also reached the quarter finals of the mixed doubles by partnering Jamie Connell to a 7-5, 7-6 victory against their fifth seeded Turkish opposition.
