It's Shuai Zhang according to the WTA website and her own pronounciation of her name.

Just following  the Chinese naming protocol of putting surname before first name.  WTA site's a waste of time as far as I'm concerned.  Wiki's not brilliant, but I have more faith in its accuracy on such matters than in the WTA's.

I realise that, but listen to her saying her name (click the speaker button)

It's definitely Zhang Shuai. The WTA website always lists family names second even if in the case of all Chinese players the names would traditionally be reversed. I'm really surprised that some of the Chinese players have chosen to stick to the website order as they would never pronounce their names like that.

Since they've just taken the first set TB by 8-6, I'd say reasonably well....
