*3-1 in the third set.  Is the comeback on?

Possibly:  third set in the bag by 6-1.    Is the weight of expectation getting to him?  Let's hope not.

Can't help loving the August Holmgren story

Giles Hussey came SO close to beating him in QR1

I watched a fair bit of Holmgren's match against Watanuki in the FQR - with five really long sets and tons of MPs saved and the Japanese contingent going crazy

And now, here he is, age 27, with a 4.5 hour mammoth match, with three more MPs saved, and into the third round
