Well Perricard has pulled out and replaced by Billy (Which is odd as Perricard was there on Saturday)

 Great news!

Brilliant, well done Dan. Suspect end of the road but he gains 10 more places to around 160 with that. 100 by end of the summer?

Pretty big US Open points to defend so might be difficult.

I was able to watch this match in its entirety.  It was very, very windy so I don't think it is easy to read to much into Dan's level. He lost the first set by a considerable margin, the second was very, very close, but Dan foung a way to win. He pulled away in the decider as MK's level dipped. MK was  poor around the net when it mattered in the third.

I used to hate playing when there was this level of wind.

If you don't like playing in the wind, best to give Eastbourne a miss.

I see all matches are interrupted, but according to the BBC weather there's a 0% chance of rain all day

Was there for George gutted! Not a day where fine margins are going Brits ways...

Sadly George has let this one slip. Had a few golden chances - 3 break points on the Opelka serve in two separate service games late in the third.

The first was a mid court forehand which he netted. Then a makeable cross court passing shot which went wide, and another passing shot where Opelka hit a great drop volley. Into the tiebreak, George looked a little nervous, a couple of misses and that was that
