Louis Cayer in the crowd (with one crutch, hope he's OK).

Sorry you didn't get to see it, SC, but the MTB was a cracker - our lads were pumped, a couple of real show shots, scrabbling defence, and some pacy serves

BIG smiles at the end

And the crowd seemed happy

Brilliant, never in doubt really, as far as I was concerned even though they lost second set.

And I should apologise for my negative comments about Marcus and David getting a wild card. Shows what I know!

David is provisionally 97 right now - there are others behind who could catch him, but hes got a toe in the top 100.

David would certainly be one of our more unheralded top 100ers. Though I guess maybe similar could be said of some of our other doubles guys, like Luke.

They played a number of events together at the back end of 2024 and then went their separate ways. I wonder why they stopped.

Yes - I doubt many could pick Luke Johnson out in a line-up

And - for me - yesterday was the first time I'd ever seen David and could put a face to him

Josh Paris is currently WR 109 - doubt many would recognise him either

Wonder if Adam is still around? hi Adam, if you are ! For those with long memories, Adam Paris (Josh's brother) used to post on here sometimes biggrin
