Week 25 - ATP 500 - HSBC Championships - The Queen's Club, London, Great Britain (grass)

It hasnt been easy but Jack seems to be getting to grips with Popyrin, set all now 3-6 6-2 and 3-2 (on serve) in the final set.

Not sure the tennis has been too exciting but Jack seems to have figured out an experienced grass player

Going into a third set tie break. This match is a proper humdinger but you got to believe in Jack.

Phew!  Jack looked a bit out of sorts to me.  Dan or Nakashima in the QF.

Off topic, I note that the ball boys & girls are back on towel duty!  Not good to see.  no

Those last two points for Jack, particularly that backhand at 5 all in the breaker. That was the matchwinning shot, boom.

Well done Jack, one more win and into the top 4 for Wimbledon seedings. Although may have to get through a Brit to do it!

Yay!! Loved the sheer determination to get the mini break for *6-5. Never saw the 7-5 point as bet365 cut away but at least sort of knew he had won it.

match point, Jack served an ace. Those last two points just blew Popyrin away. He'd been ahead basically the whole match until the end, although Jack did have two earlier match points

Really clutch

At 2-4 down in the TB it looked tricky

Jack had been too cautious on the previous two MPs

He decided to be brave

And it really paid off

So Jack is either going to be seeded 4 or 6 for Wimbledon depending on Fridays result
