Week 24 - ATP 250 - Libéma Open - 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands (grass)

Prior to this week, the last time Dan won three consecutive matches was October 2024 in Almaty, and the time before that was his big tournament win in Washington in the summer of 2023.

The entries and rankings thread does not mention Dan for Queen's next week. Is this correct?

I'll be making a special effort to go and see him at Wimbledon qualies the following week.  Does anyone else plan to go?  I've been a member of this board for more than a couple of decades, but have never met a fellow board member.

I'm doing the big zip wire in North Wales this weekend - should be exciting!

I'd be very surprised if Dan doesn't get a Wimbledon MD WC, therefore avoiding qualies.

Re Queen's entries, I imagine that Seagull has only intimated the direct MD and qualifying entries. Dan would need a WC. I don't know if there is any news of Queen's WCs yet?

I will be going to Wimbledon Qualies on 3 days, Monday to Wednesday. The Thursday was all sold out when I shifted myself to book tickets. No doubt many more Brits to see on the first 3 days but I hope one or two reach the FQR.

Enjoy the zip wire!

Don't give up on the 4th day, I'm pretty sure I got FQR tickets a day or 2 before and I also believe they have some available on the day.

I'm actually keeping an eye out for another ticket for FQR, I can get you one if I see them available, pretty sure I'll be able to get rid of it if you end up getting 1 too.

I got 2nd round and FQR this time.

Cheers mate!     If Dan does get a main draw wildcard for Wimbledon, might he show his face in Eastbourne?  A few years ago Dan said that he doesn't like playing  the week before a slam, but that was when he was going deep into most tournaments he entered. This hasn't been the case these 18 months!

Cheers Emmsie. I'll still be in London on the Thursday and I'm not sure that there is anything else to do there

 A possibility I'd imagine.

Per Darts, Dan's entries are below - as Indy says, no doubt looking for a Queens WC, MD or Q. If he gets a Wimbledon MDWC, looks like he will go down the Eastbourne route and hope for a wildcard there into MD or qualies.

Thats a shame, good fight though. Ebden and Thompson will be up there as challengers for Wimbledon.
