Week 24 - ATP Challenger 125 - Lexus Open - Ilkley, Great Britain (grass)

Jack took the first set 7-6(8) on his 4th setpoint having caused the Aussie a few problems in the tiebreak with returns at his feet as he came in for the serve and volley

I've never liked Jack PJ's slight am-dram tendancies but he gave it a very good shot up until the end of the third where he rather capitulated

A really good week overall, though

Well done JPJ and congrats to Schoolkate. One to watch later on in the grass season.

Apparently so, on X the LTA have quoted Jack as saying it's his first Challenger final straight out of uni.

Nice to see that he and Schoolkate are mates, also on X is the Aussie's victory speech in which he says Jack's driving him to the next tournament.
