The order of GB women that will determine entry to the play-offs is set. Although we don't know yet who has the qWCs that won't need to play the play-offs we can be confident that at least 5 of our women in the top 600 will get them. Mika's qWC doesn't affect play-off participants, other than to award her guaranteed WC to the play-offs to someone else. Lily, Marni, Mimi and Hannah I expect to get at least a qWC. That leaves 1qWC left which is more uncertain who it would go to, but let's say it will go to either Ella or Millie. Obviously if Ella or Millie don't get the last qWC and it goes to, say, Emily or Ranah then just swap them with Ella or Millie. If any of the expected qWCs get a main draw WC then a qWC will go to 1 of the others I have in the play-offs and the 1st alts will take their place. I don't know if Katy Dunne has a SR. It would get her into the playoffs if she does. I'm going to assume that she does. All of which would leave the play-off participants, if everyone that can play does, as
1. Katy Dunne (if she has a SR) 2. Ella Mcdonald or Millie Rajecki (whoever doesn't get the last qWC) 3. Emily Appleton 4. Ranah Stoiber 5. Alice Gillan 6. Naiktha Bains Beth I assume will not play 7. Katie Swan (SR) 8. Esther Adeshina 9. Freya Christie 10. Katherine Barnes West Worthing WC: if Katherine doesn't need it as seems likely, reverts to discretionary WC NCAA WC: Sofia Johnson (I expect Alicia Dudeney if Sofia doesn't sign in) Junior WC x 2: Top 3 juniors with at least qWC. Reverts to 2 discretionary WCs. I expect to go to other juniors 2 discretionary WCs
Alts 1. Hep Oluwadare (if Katy has a SR, last in if not) 2. Kristina Paskauskas 3. Tara Moore 4. Angelica Blake 5. Lauryn John-Baptiste 6. Vic Allen 7. Brooke Black 8. Holly H 9. Daniela Piani 10. Katy Dunne (if she doesn't have a SR)
It's just as well there are lots of discretionary WCs as I see lots of candidates: Blake, Dudeney, Black, Piani, Allegra KD, Flora J, Knight, D Britton, Hollie S to name the more obvious options
Thanks TA ( Lambda even ). Yes, looks a very strong potential field if we assume an initial pre play-offs 10 ( MD + Q ) British WCs, and I'd doubt that it be more than that.
As discussed elsewhere, I very much doubt that we will see Katie Swan in the Wimbledon process, even though some have even been putting her name forward for a WC.

I commented on the entries thread but will repeat here. I see no reason why either Katie or Katy wouldn't enter the playoffs. They've had their sighters and appear to be as healthy as they have been for a while. It's potentially 3 matches, the 1st 2 of which shouldn't give either Woman too much difficulty. The standard will be W15 level and they've both managed at that level recently. It's not as though they will be playing every day for a week.
Today's rankings would be a much more sensible list on which to base the main draw acceptances. It now incorporates the results of the last Slam, and a couple of weeks' worth of grass warm up tournaments.
Boisson and Jovic would be direct acceptances, for a start.
