Liv is dropping just 55 points before Wimbledon as she has spare counters and Tereza drops 65 points. So they should still be around about the same of better in time for Wimbledon seedings.

Let's just hope Liv recovers quickly from her thumb injury.

They are entered for Queens next week - so we'll soon find out.

Great stuff from Lois Boisson
I see a big sponsorship deal coming with a big named antiperspirant company.
Bravo

Wow from Boisson - she will be having a drink or 2 to celebrate tonight!

Seriously, other than the well publicised incident with Harriet (who must feel so stupid now), I know nothing about her. Hadn't even heard of her until that incident.

But great story and the French must be delighted. Presumably her semi wont get the night time slot (Coco next, right?)?

The ACL rupture last year was a huge deal in the French press

Tbh, there's not much else though - everyone felt really sorry for her last year but it's not as though she was an amazing junior or a media starlet sort of player

It's just an amazing story :)

If she makes the final, I'd expect her to get a Wimbledon MDWC.

Live ranking is showing as 65. But too late for Wimbledon entry, unless they are feeling generous

Wimbledon have done it before where someone powered into top 100 before the wildcards announced. Im gonna say van rijthoven was one, Korda maybe? Point is, she could and should be considered IMO based on this, slam dunk if she makes the final - almost impossible not to give her one if she makes the final, agree with Paulisi

Not disagreeing with you, just noting that she'd need a wildcard and deserves one.

A SF win vs Coco and she'd be live ranked 35! - knocking Sonay back to 51.

I can't see Wimbledon not giving Boisson a main draw wild card. Hopefully not at the expense of Harriet Dart - OK that was a cheap shot.

But have given wild cards far more randomly than to a RG semifinalist.

Harriet might kick up a stink about it if they do!
