Two of the three you refer to are regular partnerships so expected. Jodie doesn't often play doubles, but Olivia Gadecki is a good partner and has partnered Freya and Liv this year, and won a W100 with Sutjiadi this year.
I think that splitting up the partnerships to increase the number of wild cards would be a waste of time as it takes time to create a good pair.
And if Hev and Emily gel they could have quite an impact.

I think Jodie and Olivia (G) live together when in London so I think thats a Brit adjacent pairing!
