Paul Jubb stepping down from Challengers & spurning Nottingham hard for Italian clay (perhaps with RG in mind?):

L32:  (1) Paul Jubb WR 238 (CH = 180 last October) vs Giovanni Oradini (ITA) WR 544 (CH = 352 in January 2023)

L32:  Qualifier vs Liam Broady WR 631 (CH = 93 in September 2023)

L32:  Lautaro Agustín Falabella (ARG) WR 737 (CH = 713 in January) vs (2) Jay Clarke WR 251 (CH = 153 in July 2019)

Big few weeks for Jubby - he's barely been able to buy a win since last summer. Needs to build up some form ahead of the grass as he's got big points coming off from that run to the ATP Mallorca semis last year. Feels like a good decision to return to the ITFs.

Jay's currently live-ranked 230, and a title this week would put him close to being back in the top 200 (and perhaps in the process, strengthen his case for a MDWC at Wimbledon).
