Didnt the split at some point during Taras drug ban problems a year or two back?

They last played as a pair at the FO in May 2022. I can't comment on their relationship though.

Doubles might not be so good, but singles are certainly improving

Bravo, Heather - and keep going !

What a run she's having

(There's two juniors on the other side of the draw - Emerson and Wakana - both born in 2008)

ADD: actually, Emerson is there - Wakana got knocked out in the QF, my mistake

I see her live ranking has risen a good chunk and could go higher. If she keeps on the faster surfaces and avoids clay she could do well enough rankings wise to maybe snatch a main draw Wimbly wild card?

I didn't think a main draw wild card for Wimby was ever in doubt. She's still very popular with the public and media that, as long as she's in the top 200 and its not needed for others, I would think she would always get a main draw wild card.

I guess that was my point, that she was in danger of not being in the top 200 but this result certainly takes away that danger now
