Bit strange to play both L16 and QF and todays schedule shows Jay still with a doubles to play after rest.

Thr ITF site shows the tournament being from Monday 21st to Sunday 27th April   confuse

 Jay stating on Instagram that there will be no sports in Italy on Saturday because of the Pope's funeral - hence playing two rounds in one day
