hello, please don't download anything from 'PersonalWeb', one of the banner ads on this site. its made by a company called Claria, who used to be called 'Gator'. they are obsidian hearted unscrupulous b******s who like to infect computers with all kinds of malware and virii.
I apologise about all the ads which appear at the top, I suggest you ignore them all and don't click on them [apart from the shoot the bunny one which is good practise if you're trying to knock Doug off the top of the Space Invaders leaderboard].
The good thing about the Murray banner is that it shunts the ads further to the top so that you don't notice them so much.
Im on IE at the moment and i keep on getting one asking me to get an amber alert for my cell phone because "how would i feel if it were my child who was abducted!"? I'd be pretty worried...i never even knew i had one

I get all American adds.....right now I have the chance to win $100.00 worth of music.....but I always see "$$$$$" signs up there so they must know that I am in America.....never been offered on line dating though, so they must also know that I am happily married and a good boy....lol

One the most common ones I keep getting, is for intimate dating !!! They must know that I'm a single, naughty teenager ! I might consider it if I could see who I'd be dating intimately, if it was Kirilenko/Golovin/Hantuchova/Mirza/any of the Russian girls, they'd have my money within 2 minutes !
I also get the "Press the fart button, you know you want to" ad quite a lot. I've had it so often that I became intrigued and did actually click the fart button. Disappointingly, it didn't make any sound but just directed me onto another site for buy mobile phone !
At the moment, I'm being offered the chance to shoot the strawberry and win a free Xbox !
By the way Doug, you have an American IP address so that's why they know you're in the States.
However, the IP tracker often isn't particularly accurate. According to it, Drew is in the States, Robxon is in Holland and so is Sally. At one time Bethan was apparently in france but I managed to correct that.

I love the way it tells you where people are connecting from on the 'list of users' page, however it does seem to get it very wrong sometimes, for example the other day Drew was in Norway in the morning and the states in the afternoon, i was quite jealous of his jet-set lifestyle!

I get the press the fart button ad quite a lot of times ! Recently I did actually press th fart button out of interest and to my disappointment, it made no noise but just directed me to a site where I could buy a mobile phone

I have just worked out the Norway bit....when i am on at home via aol its USA when im using opera browser on my mobile its Norway ! Must be a nokia IP
